The invention discloses a construction vehicle for automatically laying floors. The vehicle comprises a vehicle body. A rotating disc cavity is formed inside the vehicle body. A rotating disc device capable of automatically rotating to perform function switching is arranged inside the rotating disc cavity. The rotating disc device comprises a first rotating box rotationally arranged inside the rotating disc cavity. By arranging the rotating disc device, a first half gear and a second half gear can be matched to rotate, and therefore the operations that floor bricks are adsorbed, cement is smeared, and the floor bricks are laid are achieved. By arranging a smearing device, cement can be precisely smeared to the floor bricks through the smearing cavity through cooperation of rotation of a rotating rod and rotation of a rotating ring. By arranging a compressing device, rotation of a smear box is adopted as a power source so that the floor bricks can be compressed after being laid, and therefore the laying efficiency is improved.
