The invention discloses a cable-loading crane combining hoisting and walking. The cable-loading crane structurally includes a main beam mechanism, walking devices, secondary beams and a sling. The main beam mechanism is fixed between the secondary beams, and the secondary beams are provided with the walking devices. The main beam mechanism is connected with the sling. The main beam mechanism internally includes an integrated hydraulic pump station, a control room, a take-up reel. The take-up reel is composed of a drum-type track, a steel strand, a base and a stranded wire clamp, and the take-up reel and the integrated hydraulic pump station are controlled by the control room. The steel strand is matched on the drum-type track in a transmission mode. By arranging the stranded wire clamp matched with the steel strand, exhaust holes formed in the stranded wire clamp is in indirect-type contact matching with a wire clamping groove when the movement of the steel strand is not hindered, an air supply system is connected with the exhaust holes, when the steel strand freezes, the air supply system is activated, and the exhaust holes are used to increase the air circulation on the surface of the steel strand so as to achieve deicing.
