The invention relates to a modified rock wool product and a preparation method thereof; the rock wool product is composed of rock wool filaments and a modifier doped with rock wool; the modifier is sprinkled on a rock wool bundle through a vibrating screen above a secondary conveyor belt. The preparation method comprises the preparation steps: carrying out high-temperature melting, centrifugal throwing and high-pressure blowing on raw materials to prepare rock wool yarns, collecting cotton, and conveying, pleating, pressurizing and curing to obtain the rock wool product, wherein a modifier isuniformly added on the rock wool yarns through a vibrating screen above a conveying belt. Existing production equipment is utilized, the modifier is sprinkled to the rock wool bundle through the vibrating screen, and the produced modified rock wool product is low in heat conductivity coefficient and good in heat preservation effect and has the advantages of being simple in technological process, low in production cost and high in engineering applicability.
本发明涉及一种改性岩棉制品及其制备方法，岩棉制品由岩棉丝和掺入岩棉的改性剂组成，改性剂通过二级传送带上方的振动筛洒在岩棉束上。制备步骤为：将原料经高温熔融、离心甩制、高压吹离，制备出岩棉丝，经集棉、传送、打褶、加压、固化后得到岩棉制品，其中改性剂通过传送带上方的振动筛均匀的添加在岩棉丝上。本发明利用现有生产设备，通过振动筛将改性剂喷洒在岩棉束上，生产出的改性岩棉制品导热系数低，保温效果好，具有工艺流程简单、生产成本低和工程应用性强的优点。
