Anti-cracking recycled concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses anti-cracking recycled concrete and a preparation method thereof. During use of the concrete, if cracks appear on the surface of the concrete, polyurethane polymer cross-linkednanotubes in modified nanotubes are broken, disulfide bonds and hot hydrogen bonds can be matched with each other through high temperature of the environment, and self-repairing of the cracks is achieved; meanwhile, under the status, the high temperature enables the form of the nanotube with temperature responsiveness to be changed into a vesicle shape and the volume to be shrunk, so that component movement occurs in the concrete, the vesicle shape is recovered into the nanotube form after the temperature is reduced, and the nanotube can be connected with the nanotube with non-temperature responsiveness again to cooperate with the polyurethane polymer cross-linked nanotube to jointly carry out self-repairing of cracks. The invention discloses the anti-cracking recycled concrete and a preparation method thereof, wherein the anti-cracking recycled concrete is reasonable in process design and proper in component proportion, and the prepared concrete not only has excellent mechanical properties and anti-cracking performance, but also can self-repair cracks.
本发明公开了一种抗开裂再生混凝土及其制备方法,混凝土使用时,若混凝土表面出现裂缝,改性纳米管中的聚氨酯聚合物交联纳米管出现断裂,可通过环境高温使得双硫键和热氢键相互配合,实现裂缝自修复;同时在该情况下,高温可使具有温度响应性纳米管形态变化成囊泡状,体积收缩,使得混凝土内部出现组分移动,在温度降低后囊泡状恢复成纳米管形态,可再次与非温度响应性纳米管连接,配合聚氨酯聚合物交联纳米管共同进行裂缝的自修复。本发明公开了一种抗开裂再生混凝土及其制备方法,工艺设计合理,组分配比适宜,制备得到的混凝土不仅具有优异的力学性能和抗裂性能,同时还能够对裂缝进行自修复。
