The invention discloses environment-friendly anti-freezing anti-cracking recycled concrete and a preparation method thereof. Aiming at the defects that the raw material and process cost of the existing recycled concrete is relatively high and the existing recycled concrete does not have anti-cracking performance, the invention provides the recycled concrete which comprises the following components: 150-180 parts of water, 370-420 parts of a cementing material, 610-640 parts of coarse aggregate, 520-550 parts of fine aggregate, 40-70 parts of an admixture, 55-60 parts of a reinforcing material and 13-17 parts of an additive, wherein the coarse aggregate comprises broken stone and recycled coarse aggregate, the fine aggregate is rock machine-made sand, the admixture is scallop shell powder, the reinforcing material comprises bast fiber and plastic fiber, and the plastic fiber comprises short fiber and long fiber. According to the concrete disclosed by the invention, various domestic wastes are used as raw materials, only one conventional additive is used, the process is simple, the energy consumption is low, and meanwhile, the concrete has high performance of freezing resistance and cracking resistance, and is environment-friendly concrete in a real sense.
本发明公开环保型抗冻抗开裂再生混凝土及其制备方法。针对现有再生混凝土原料与工艺成本增较高,且不具备抗开裂性能的缺陷,本发明提供一种再生混凝土,组分包括水150~180份、胶结材料370~420份、粗骨料610~640份、细骨料520~550份、掺合料40~70份、增强料55~60份、外加剂13~17份;其中,粗骨料包括碎石与再生粗骨料,细骨料是岩石机制砂,掺合料是扇贝壳粉,增强料包括麻类纤维与塑料纤维,塑料纤维包括短纤维与长纤维。优化选用,片麻岩机制砂、厨余扇贝壳粉、苎麻纤维,废弃塑料吸管加工纤维本发明混凝土使用多种生活废弃物作为原材料,仅一种常规外加剂,工艺简单、能耗低,同时具备抗冻抗开裂的高性能表现,是真正意义上的环保型混凝土。
