High-strength quick-setting polymer mortar and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a high-strength quick-setting polymer mortar. The polymer mortar comprises, by weight, 8-15 parts of aggregate, a composite excitation component and a gelling component, wherein the composite excitation component comprises, by weight, 2-4 parts of a sodium silicate dilute solution and 0.5-1 part of an alkaline solution; and the gelling component comprises, by weight, 1-2 parts of fly ash and 4-8 parts of mineral powder. The composite excitation component excites the gelling component to generate weight reduction reaction, so that excellent early strength is realized; and a C-A-S-H gel microstructure generated through a reaction can be tightly bonded to the surfaces of composite materials such as grids, rib materials and plates, so the bonding performance of the composite materials and a reinforced structure is guaranteed.
