The invention relates to the technical field of road rollers, in particular to a road roller capable of conveniently adjusting rolling force for road construction. The road roller comprises a vehiclebody, a vehicle cover, a grinding roller, two groups of lifting mechanisms and two groups of auxiliary positioning mechanisms, the vehicle cover is horizontally and fixedly installed on the vehicle head of the vehicle body. Mounting frames are vertically arranged on the two sides of the vehicle cover correspondingly. The lifting mechanism comprises a linear driver, a transmission rod and a liftingblock; a horizontal mounting plate is fixedly arranged at the upper part in the mounting frame; the top end of the transmission rod is fixedly connected with the output end of the linear driver; thebottom end of the transmission rod is fixedly connected with the top of a lifting block; a T-shaped limiting sliding groove is vertically formed in the side wall of the mounting frame, a T-shaped sliding block is arranged on the side, close to the T-shaped limiting sliding groove, of the lifting block. According to the road roller, the two ends of the rolling roller are synchronously driven by thelifting mechanism to ascend and descend, the rolling force on the ground is adjusted, and the auxiliary positioning mechanism is used for guaranteeing balance of the rolling force of the rolling roller when the road roller works.
