The invention discloses a system for assembling a steel box girder of a swivel cable-stayed bridge and an adjusting method, and the system comprises a girder body which is arranged on a temporary support; an adjusting device located below the girder body and used for adjusting the transverse bridge direction position and height of the girder body; a hoisting device used for adjusting the mileage position of the girder body; a measuring device used for obtaining linear measurement data of the girder body, wherein linear measurement data comprises a mileage position, a transverse bridge direction position and the height of the girder body; a first control module used for acquiring linear measurement data, calculating to obtain adjustment amount of the girder body at the mileage position, thetransverse bridge direction position and the height respectively, judging whether the adjustment amount is smaller than corresponding preset critical values or not, if yes, stopping adjusting the girder body, and defining the current state as a final target state; and if not, adjusting the girder body is until the adjustment amount is smaller than the preset critical value. The invention aims toimprove the efficiency, the quality and the structural safety in the steel box girder body assembling process in the construction process.
本发明公开了一种用于转体斜拉桥钢箱梁拼装的系统及调整方法,包括:梁体,设于临时支撑上;调整装置,位于梁体的下方,用于调整梁体的横桥向位置和高度;起吊设备,用于调整梁体的里程位置;测量装置,用于获取梁体的线形测量数据,线形测量数据包括梁体的里程位置、横桥向位置和高度;第一控制模块,其用于获取线形测量数据并进行计算得到梁体分别在里程位置、横桥向位置和高度的调整量,并判断调整量是否均小于相应的预设临界值,若是,则停止调整梁体,并定义当前状态为最终目标状态;若否,则继续调整梁体,直至调整量小于预设临界值。本发明的目的旨在提高施工过程钢箱梁梁体拼装过程中的效率、质量和结构安全。
