System and method for adjusting posture of cable-stayed swivel bridge
The invention discloses a system and method for adjusting the posture of a cable-stayed swivel bridge. The system comprises a jacking device, an observation device and a beam end supporting device. When the posture of the cable-stayed swivel bridge is adjusted, the jacking device and the observation device are both arranged at the bottom of a lower rotating disc of the bridge body, and the posture of the bridge body is adjusted through jacking and observation; the beam end supporting devices are arranged below the two beam ends of the bridge body and abut against the beam ends of the bridge body to stabilize the beam ends. The method comprises the following steps of establishing a posture adjustment measurement control network, collecting initial data, installing a rotary table jacking and observing device, installing a beam end supporting device, adjusting the posture of a cable bent tower, temporarily fixing a rotary table, removing adjusting equipment, sealing an anchor through the rotary table, adjusting the posture of a beam end, constructing a beam end closure section and removing the adjusting equipment. The method has the beneficial effects that posture adjustment can be rapidly carried out after the cable-stayed bridge rotates in place, and the purpose that the posture of a bridge body meets the design precision requirement is achieved.
