The invention relates to post-processing equipment for pouring forming of a continuous beam of a bridge. The equipment comprises a trolley, a slitting feed mechanism, an adjustable synchronous shaft set, a disc-shaped slitting cutter, a slitting driving mechanism and a protection assembly. The joint cutting feed mechanism is arranged on the trolley; the joint cutting feed mechanism comprises a lifting portal frame, the adjustable synchronous shaft set is rotationally arranged on the portal frame, joint cutting knives are installed at the two ends of the adjustable synchronous shaft set respectively, the joint cutting drive mechanism is arranged on the portal frame and can drive the adjustable synchronous shaft set to integrally rotate, and a protection assembly is arranged at the position,where each joint cutting knife is located, of the trolley. When the equipment provided by the invention is used for bridge expansion joint construction and installation, the distance between the twojoint cutters can be correspondingly and actively adjusted according to the slotting width determined by a specific construction drawing, joint cutting construction of two cutting lines can be completed at the same time, the construction time is greatly shortened, the construction efficiency is greatly improved, and the labor intensity of workers is reduced.
本发明涉及一种桥梁连续梁浇筑成型后加工设备,包括手推车、切缝进刀机构、可调同步轴组、圆盘状的切缝刀、切缝驱动机构和防护组件,切缝进刀机构设置在手推车上,切缝进刀机构包括可升降的龙门架,可调同步轴组转动设置在龙门架上,可调同步轴组的两端分别安装有切缝刀,切缝驱动机构设置在龙门架上,切缝驱动机构可带动可调同步轴组整体转动,手推车上在每个切缝刀处均设置有防护组件;本发明提供的设备在进行桥梁伸缩缝施工安装时,可以根据具体的施工图纸确定的开槽宽度对应主动调节两个切缝刀的间距,可同时完成两条切割线的切缝施工,施工时间大大缩短,施工效率大大提高,降低了工人的劳动强度。
