The invention discloses a bridge beam slab standardized prefabricating construction method, and provides a pedestal. The method comprises the following steps: binding reinforcing steel bars into a reinforcing steel bar framework on the pedestal to make the reinforcing steel bar framework provided with two webs which are oppositely arranged and a bottom plate for connecting the two webs, and placing an inner film between the two webs to bury a plurality of first prestressed pipelines in the webs; arranging a plurality of second prestressed pipes between the two webs; installing a side mold andan end mold matched with the steel bar framework to form a pouring space in a surrounding manner; pouring concrete into the pouring space; loading a plurality of first steel strands into the first prestressed pipes, and tensioning the plurality of first steel strands; and arranging a plurality of second steel strands in the second prestressed pipes, and tensioning the second steel strands. Compared with the prior art, the standardized prefabricating construction method for the bridge beam slab is reasonable in beam body structure, simple in process and capable of saving building materials. Theinvention further provides a standardized prefabricated beam slab.
本发明公开了一种桥梁梁板标准化预制施工方法,提供台座,包括如下步骤:在台座上将钢筋扎制成钢筋骨架,使得钢筋骨架具有两块相对设置腹板及连接两块腹板的底板,并在两块腹板之间放置内膜将多根第一预应力管道埋设于腹板中;将多根第二预应力管道设置于两块腹板之间;安装与钢筋骨架匹配的侧模及端模,围成浇筑空间;向浇筑空间内浇筑混凝土;在第一预应力管道内装入多根第一钢绞线,并对多根第一钢绞线进行张拉处理;在第二预应力管道内装入多根第二钢绞线,并对多根第二钢绞线进行张拉处理。与相关技术相比,本发明提供的桥梁梁板标准化预制施工方法,梁体结构合理、工艺简单且节约建筑材料。本发明还提供了一种标准化预制梁板。
