The water outlets are formed in the bottom of the gate, the air bags are controlled to be inflated and deflated through thefirst air pump, and closing or opening of the water outlets is achieved, so that sludge on the upstream of the gate can be conveniently discharged, deposition is reduced, and the dredging function isachieved.
