Flap gate with desilting function
The invention discloses a flap gate with a desilting function, and relates to the technical field of riverway management. The flap gate solves the problems that a currently used flap gate does not have a structure for automatically cleaning attachments outside the gate in the gate opening process and cannot be automatically cleaned. The flap gate with the desilting function comprises a base; the base further comprises a motor and a worm; a main body of the base is of a transition structure with a low front part and a high rear part and a bent middle part; five rows of star wheels are hermetically and rotationally arranged at the top of the front side of the base through waterproof bearings; the star wheels are each of a hexagonal star-shaped structure, and the bottom faces of the star-shaped structures are attached to the top surface of the front side of the base; by arranging a cleaning frame, an automatic cleaning function is provided for the gate, when the gate plate is turned overand opened, the cleaning frame can be matched with a vertical groove to slide on the front side of the outer part of the gate plate; and by arranging a bottom inclined plane structure of the cleaningframe, the attachments on the front side of the gate plate can be scraped off, the automation effect is good, and the gate can be rapidly cleaned.
本发明公开了一种具有清淤功能的翻板闸门，涉及河道管理技术领域，解决了目前使用的翻版闸门不具备在开闸过程中自动清理闸门外部附着物的结构，不能对闸门进行自动清洁的问题。一种具有清淤功能的翻板闸门，包括底座；所述底座还包括有电机，蜗杆；底座的主体为前低后高中间转折的过渡式结构，底座的前侧顶部通过防水轴承密封旋转设置有五列星轮；星轮均为六边形星型结构，且星型结构的底面均贴合底座的前侧顶部表面，通过设置有清理框，为闸门提供了自动化的清理功能，在闸板翻转开启的同时，清理框能够配合竖槽在闸板外部前侧进行滑动，通过清理框的底部斜面结构，能够将闸板前侧的附着物进行刮除，自动化效果好，能够实现对闸门的快速清理。
