The invention discloses a carbonized composite bamboo weaving novel geotextile material. The material is prepared with bamboo chips, triglyceride fatty acids, boiled oil and a drier as raw materials,and a preparing method comprises the following steps that S1, raw bamboo stems of three to five years are taken for manufacturing the bamboo chips; S2, the bamboo chips are subjected to carbonizing treatment, and the triglyceride fatty acids, the boiled oil and the drier are added into the bamboo chips after carbonizing treatment; and S3, the bamboo chips treated in the S2 are woven to be formed,in the weaving process, a square is taken as a basic unit, one set of opposite angles in the square basic unit are connected through the bamboo chips, the connecting positions between the bamboo chipsare fixed through bamboo nails, and the carbonized composite bamboo weaving novel geotextile material is obtained. Natural bamboo which is recyclable and rich in resource is taken as the raw material, the bamboo is green and environment-friendly, the natural affinity of the bamboo and the soil is used for preparing the carbonized composite bamboo weaving novel geotextile material, the material can be used for manufacturing a geogrid and a geonet, the service life is long, and the side effect on the environment does not exist.
本发明公开了一种碳化复合竹编新型土工材料,以竹片、脂肪酸甘油三酯、清油和催干剂为原材料制备而成。制备方法包括以下步骤:S1.选取3~5年生竹干制作竹片;S2.将竹片进行碳化处理,向碳化后的竹片中加入脂肪酸甘油三酯、清油和催干剂;S3.将步骤S2处理后的竹片编织成型,所述编织过程以正方形为基本单元,所述正方形基本单元的一组对角之间通过竹片连接,所述竹片之间的连接处采用竹钉固定,得碳化复合竹编新型土工材料。本发明以可再生,资源丰富的天然竹材为原料,绿色环保,利用竹子与土的天然亲和作用制备碳化复合竹编新型土工材料,可用于制作土工格栅和土工网,使用寿命长,对环境无不良影响。
