According to the preparation method disclosed by the invention, through secondary carbonization treatment and control of a gum dipping treatment process and a hot press molding process, the flame retardance, the toughness, the strength and the structural stability of the obtained bamboo floor are remarkably improved, and scratches in the use process of the bamboo floor are effectively weakened. According to the preparation method, the gum dipping uniformity can be improved, the phenomena of cracking, wire jumping and the like caused by temperature change of the bamboo floor are avoided, the bamboo floor is not prone to deformation and mildewing, and the service life of the bamboo floor is prolonged.
