The frame comprises an upper frame part, a middle frame part and a lower frame part which are detachably connected with each other, wherein the upper frame part and the lower frame part can be directly and detachably connected with each other and can also be detachably connected with each other through the middle frame part arranged between the upper frame part and the lower frame part. The invention further relates to the supporting device, in particular a tower cable excavator, comprising the modular waterproof wall cutting machine according to the invention.
