The anchor rod structure comprises anchor rod reinforcing steel bars, fixing supports, positioning clamps, a cement mortar grouting structure, a cushion layer, water stop rings and a basement concrete bottom plate; the positioning clamps tightly sleeve the anchor rod reinforcing steel bars and are welded to the anchor rod reinforcing steel bars at intervals; the anchor rod reinforcing steel bars are inserted into anchor rod holes; the fixing supports are welded to the outer side faces of the samehorizontal position of the anchor rod reinforcing steel bars; wholes formed by the fixing supports and the anchor rod reinforcing steel bars can be tightly embedded into the anchor rod holes; one setof fixing supports are welded at each interval; the upper portions of the anchor rod reinforcing steel bars are connected with the water stop rings, and the diameter of the water stop rings is largerthan that of an outer circle formed by anchor rod steel bars; an effective anchoring section of the anchor rod structure enters a rock stratum; and primary normal pressure cement mortar grouting andmortar supplementing are carried out, grouting is carried out until a full effect is achieved, and an anti-pulling test is carried out after anchor rod structure construction is completed.
