The anti-floating structure comprises an anti-floating anchor rod, a corrugated protective pipe, anopening-protection pressure pad, a steel anchor plate, an anchorage device, a ground anchor layer, a cushion layer arranged between the ground anchor layer and the ground, a bottom plate arranged above the ground anchor layer and a waterproof protective layer arranged between the ground anchor layer and the cushion layer. According to the structure and the method, a pre-stressed anchor rod is usedas the anti-floating anchor rod, so that the prominent problems of insufficient anchor pulling force, poor corrosion durability and the like in the use of an existing anchor rod are effectively avoided by utilizing the advantages of good continuity, small influence by water corrosion and good pile forming quality of the pre-stressed anchor rod.
