The invention discloses an anti-floating anchor rod construction structure and a construction method thereof. According to the anti-floating anchor rod construction structure, an anchor rod is located in the hole forming center, a plurality of anchor rod steel bars are symmetrically fixed to the periphery of the rod, positioning steel bars are arranged on the outer sides of the anchor rod steel bars in the radial direction of a hole, and the outer ends of the positioning steel bars are positioned and fixed to the peripheral wall of an anchor rod hole; the anchor rod, the anchor rod reinforcing steel bars and the positioning reinforcing steel bars are positioned in the anchor rod hole and are consolidated through cement mortar; and at the top opening of the formed hole, the peripheral surfaces of the anti-floating anchor rod and the anchor rod steel bard are covered with expansion water-stop strips, and the top is covered with a water-resistant plate. The construction method comprises the steps of construction preparation, drilling machine hole forming, anchor rod manufacturing, anchor rod grouting, anchor rod maintenance and detection. The anchor rod is accurate and stable in positioning, and the anti-floating performance of the whole structure is excellent; and by the adoption of the pipe-following drilling mode, the hole collapse phenomenon in the hole forming process and after hole forming can be effectively avoided, the drilling depth can be accurately calculated by reading and measuring the floor elevation before hole forming, the drilled depth can be calculated according to the length of each pipe-following, and the hole forming depth can be accurately controlled to meet the requirement.
本发明公开了一种抗浮锚杆施工结构及其施工方法。锚杆位于成孔中心、杆外周对称固定有多根锚杆钢筋,锚杆钢筋外侧沿孔径向设置有定位钢筋,定位钢筋外端于锚杆成孔周壁定位固定;锚杆、锚杆钢筋和定位钢筋位于锚杆成孔内部分通过水泥砂浆固结;成孔顶部开口处、抗浮锚杆与锚杆钢筋外周表面覆盖设置膨胀止水条,顶部覆盖设置抗水板。施工方法包括:施工准备,钻机成孔,锚杆制作、锚杆注浆、锚杆养护、检测。本发明锚杆定位精准、稳定,整体结构的抗浮性能优异;采用跟管钻进的方式,可有效避免成孔过程中、成孔后的塌孔现象,并可通过成孔前抄测地坪标高,精确计算钻进深度,根据每根跟管的长度,计算已钻进深度,精确控制成孔深度满足要求。
