The invention discloses a vitrified tile and a paving process method thereof. The vitrified tile comprises a vitrified tile body and an anti-falling structure, wherein the vitrified tile body is provided with an appearance surface and a mounting surface opposite to the appearance surface; and the anti-falling structure is arranged on the mounting surface of the vitrified tile body and is used forfixing the vitrified tile body on a wall body. According to the technical scheme provided by the invention, the anti-falling structure is arranged on the mounting surface of the vitrified tile body, so that the vitrified tile is more firmly mounted on the wall body, the vitrified tile can be effectively prevented from falling off from the wall surface, and the vitrified tile is more stably mountedand is more durable in use.
