The invention provides a prefabricated vertical component layer-jumping grouting construction method. The method comprises the following steps that 1, a first layer structure is constructed, specifically, a prefabricated vertical component is hoisted and fixed, a grouting opening and a slurry discharging opening are reserved in the prefabricated vertical component, construction of other proceduresof the first layer is continued, and concrete pouring is conducted; 2, after the strength of concrete reaches the strength of concrete, the step 1 is repeated, and construction of a second layer is completed; 3, grouting construction is conducted on the prefabricated vertical component of the first layer; 4, while the step 3 is implemented, the step 1 is repeated, and construction of a third layer is conducted; and 5, after construction of the third layer is completed, the step 3 is repeated, grouting work is conducted on the second layer, meanwhile, the step 1 is repeated, construction of afourth layer is conducted, the step 3 and the step 1 are repeated in sequence, and layer-jumping grouting construction is conducted till construction of a whole building is completed. According to theprefabricated vertical component layer-jumping grouting construction method, the waiting time needed by avoiding bin sealing and grouting disturbance can be shortened, the construction period is shortened, the construction efficiency is improved, and the method has great development prospects.
一种预制竖向构件跳层灌浆施工方法,步骤如下:1)第一层结构施工:将预制竖向构件吊装固定,在其上留有灌浆口和排浆口;继续进行第一层其他各工序施工并进行混凝土的浇筑;2)待达到上人强度后,重复步骤1),完成第二层施工;3)对第一层预制竖向构件进灌浆施工;4)在实施步骤3)同时,重复步骤1),进行第三层施工;5)待第三层施工结束,重复步骤3),对第二层进行灌浆工作;同时,重复步骤1),进行第四层施工;依次重复步骤3)及步骤1),进行跳层灌浆施工直至完成整个建筑施工。本发明能够减少因避免封仓及灌浆扰动所需的等待时间,缩短施工周期,提高施工效率,具有较大的发展前景。
