The prefabricated vertical component comprises a component body of a reinforced concretestructure, wherein a plurality of grouting sleeves are pre-buried in the component body, a grouting pipe and a plurality of indicating pipes arranged on the two sides of the grouting pipe are furtherpre-buried in the component body, the two ends of the grouting pipe and the two ends of the indicating pipes extend to the bottom face and the side face of the component body correspondingly and can communicate with the outer space of the component body, and the height of the connecting positions of the indicating pipes and the grouting pipe and the side face of the component body is larger than the height of the top of the grouting sleeves.
