The invention discloses a hoistway climbing type concrete distributing device and a construction method thereof. The device comprises a first floor, a second floor, a third floor and an elevator well,wherein the elevator shaft is provided with a steel platform at an opening of the first floor, the steel platform is fixed to the elevator shaft position corresponding to the first floor through bolts, and the upper surface of the steel platform is fixedly connected with a frame body through bolts. The device solves the problem that an existing conventional concrete distributing machine is largein vibration in a concrete pouring process, large in floorslab disturbance, and prone to cause adverse factors such as pouring layer floorslab rebar misalignment, embedded wiring tube misalignment, and board cracking, by improving and optimizing a structure of the concrete distributing machine, the concrete distributing machine can be installed in the elevator shaft of the floor, in a using process, the concrete distributing machine can be lifted by adding the frame body, so that the concrete distributing machine is convenient to use, the concrete distributing machine can be separated from a to-be-poured layer, the problem of disturbance on the floor is avoided, and the concrete pouring quality guarantee is greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种井道爬升式布料装置及其施工方法,包括第一楼层、第二楼层、第三楼层和电梯井,所述电梯井在第一楼层的开口处设有钢平台,所述钢平台通过螺栓固定在第一楼层所对应的电梯井位置,所述钢平台上表面通过螺栓固定连接有架体,本发明解决现有传统布料机在浇筑混凝土过程中震动较大,对楼板扰度大,容易造成浇筑层楼板钢筋错位、预埋线管错位、板面产生裂缝等不利因素的问题,通过对布料机的结构进行改良和优化,使得布料机能够安装在楼层的电梯井内,且在使用的过程中可以通过增添架体对布料机进行升降,方便布料机的使用,且这种布料机可实现与待浇筑层分离,避免对楼层产生扰动的问题,大大提升了对混凝土浇筑质量保证。
