The invention proposes a repair process for leakage of paint insulation external wall. The process comprises the following steps of 1), slotted intercepting partition strips installed on the paint insulation external wall surface; 2), sealing the lower mouth position of a tank; 3), filling the hollow part of the tank after the treatment of sealing; 4), performing overall bilateral longitudinal slotted interception and surface waterproofing treatment on brick-concrete parts where wall leakage has occurred; 5), performing waterproof treatment on the whole wall; 6), restoring the external wall paint; 7), sealing the junction below a zone formed by the concrete line and the external wall surface; and 8), mechanically cutting the upper openings of the partition strips on the external wall surface and setting as drainage channels. The invention systematically solves the problem of water leakage of the paint insulation external wall through the structural design, the use of a variety of waterproof materials, and the combination with the process.
本发明提出了一种涂料保温外墙渗漏的修缮工艺，包括如下步骤：1).将涂料保温外墙面设置的分隔条实行开槽截流处理；2).将槽体下口位置进行密封处理；3).将密封处理后槽体中空部位进行填充处理；4).对已出现墙体渗漏的砖混部位实行整体双边纵向开槽截流加表面防水处理；5).整体墙面进行防水处理；6).对外墙涂料进行恢复；7).对混凝土线条与外墙面形成的区间下交接部位进行密封处理；8).对外墙面上分隔条上口采用机械切割，设置成排水通道。本发明通过结构设计，使用多种防水材料，以及与工艺相结合，系统解决涂料保温外墙渗漏水问题。
