Matrix cutter wing hybrid drill bit and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a matrix cutter wing hybrid drill bit and a preparation method thereof. The hybrid drill bit comprises a drill bit body, the drill bit body is provided with a cutter wing and roller cones, fixed cutting teeth are installed on the cutter wing, the roller cones are connected with the drill bit body through roller cone palms, the cutter wing is formed by sintering a base bodywith blades and a matrix powder material together, and a matrix cutter wing is composed. In the preparation process, the base body with the blades is arranged above a sintering bottom die through a sand board, and the position of a graphite replacing spacer is arranged in the sintering bottom die; and then matrix powder is filled inside, and the sintering bottom die filled with the matrix powder material and the base body with the blades are placed in a high-temperature sintering furnace so as to be sintered into a cutter wing base body. By the adoption of the matrix cutter wing hybrid drill bit, the anti-abrasion capacity and complex stratum adapting capacity of the drill bit are improved; and the preparation method is achieved through combination of a sintering process of the matrix cutter wing and a machining mode of a steel body drill bit, operation is simple, and the safety coefficient of the drill bit in the use process can be increased.
本发明公开了一种胎体刀翼混合钻头及其制备方法,混合钻头包括有钻头体,钻头体上设置刀翼和牙轮,刀翼上安设有固定切削齿,牙轮通过牙掌与钻头体相连,所述刀翼由具有刀片的基体与胎体粉材料一起烧结而成,构成胎体刀翼。制备时,将具有刀片的基体通过砂板安设在烧结底模上方,并在烧结底模中布置好石墨替片位置;然后填入胎体粉,再将装有胎体粉材料的烧结底模和具有刀片的基体置入高温烧结炉中一起烧结形成刀翼基体。本发明的胎体刀翼混合钻头提升了钻头的耐磨能力,提升了钻头适应复杂地层的能力;本发明制备方法结合胎体刀翼的烧结工艺和钢体钻头的机加工方式来实现,操作简单,可以提升钻头在使用过程中的安全系数。
