Ceramic cutter material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a ceramic cutter material and a preparation method thereof. The ceramic cutter material comprises the following components by mass percentage: 18-22% of TiC, 5-10% of TiN, 0.5-5.5% of MgO, 0.5-1.5% of Mo, 1-2% of Ni and the balance Al2O3. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: conducting burdening according to the mass percent; mixing the ingredients to obtain mixed powder, and performing ball milling on the mixed powder by taking anhydrous ethanol as a medium; putting the ball-milled and mixed slurry into a vacuum drying oven for drying, and sieving the dried powder by using a 100-200mesh sample sieve; and sintering the sieved mixed powder in a vacuum sintering furnace to obtain the ceramic cutter material. The component proportion and technological parameters of the ceramic cutter material are optimized, and the Al2O3-based ceramic cutter material with excellent comprehensive performance is prepared.
