The construction method comprises the following specific steps: S1, a trench is excavated, cleared and leveled; S2, the trench bottom is reinforced, drilling is conducted downwards from the trench bottom to form reinforcing holes, the reinforcing holes are laid out at intervals in the traveling direction of the trench, and meanwhile concrete is injected into the reinforcing holes to form concrete columns;S3, a supporting frame is erected at the trench bottom; S4, the water supply pipe is hoisted, and the pipe wall of the water supply pipe is made to abut against the supporting frame to achieve mounting; and S5, mud soil backfilling and compaction are conducted. The stability of soil at the bottom of the trench can be improved, and thus the supporting effect on the water supply pipe is improved.
