The invention discloses a chip for a chip-type non-heating oxygen sensor, which comprises a solid electrolyte ceramic layer, an outer electrode arranged on the upper surface of the solid electrolyte ceramic layer, and an inner electrode and a gas channel which are arranged on the lower surface of the solid electrolyte ceramic layer, and is characterized in that the outer electrode comprises an outer lead electrode part and an outer catalytic electrode part which are formed by two times of firing, and the outer lead electrode part and the outer catalytic electrode part are of a split structure.The chip is simple in structure and convenient to produce and process, the production cost is greatly reduced, the chip is suitable for large-batch automatic production, and the outer catalytic electrode part adopts a non-co-firing process, so that good low-temperature starting performance of the chip is guaranteed.
