The invention provides a valley terrain-based step type hazardous waste rigid landfill system and an operation method. The system comprises hazardous waste rigid landfill reservoir areas, unloading and lifting platforms, maintenance sandwich layers, operation tower type cranes, and canopies. According to different valley terrain features, the step type hazardous waste rigid landfill system is provided with multiple hazardous waste rigid landfill reservoir areas having different designed elevations; the hazardous waste rigid landfill reservoir areas consist of multiple landfill units; foundations of the operation tower type cranes are positioned in the landfill reservoir areas; the operation radiuses of the operation tower type cranes cover the entire landfill reservoir areas; each landfillreservoir area is provided with the unloading and lifting platforms; and the unloading and lifting platforms are positioned in the operation radiuses of the operation tower type cranes. The inventionnot only provides the design solution of the hazardous waste rigid landfill reservoir areas under the valley terrain conditions, but also provides the hazardous waste lifting operation solution suitable for the valley terrain features, and solves the limitation factors of a traditional rigid landfill technology to site selection.
本发明提供了一种基于山谷地形的阶梯式危险废物刚性填埋系统及作业方法,包括危险废物刚性填埋库区、卸料提升平台、检修夹层、作业塔式起重机和雨棚;根据不同山谷地形特点,阶梯式危险废物刚性填埋系统设有多个设计标高不同的危险废物刚性填埋库区;危险废物刚性填埋库区由若干个填埋单元组成,作业塔式起重机基础位于填埋库区内部,作业塔式起重机作业半径覆盖整个填埋库区,每个填埋库区都配置有卸料提升平台,卸料提升平台处在作业塔式起重机作业半径内。本发明既给出了山谷地形条件下危险废物刚性填埋库区的设计方案,又提出了适合山谷地形特点的危险废物吊运作业方案,解决现有刚性填埋技术对选址的限制性因素。
