The invention belongs to the technical field of high-performance concrete. The invention relates to a concrete admixture, in particular to development of a non-autoclaved active powder high-performance concrete admixture. A method comprises the following steps: step 1, mixing high-calcium slag and high-alumina fly ash according to a ratio of 1: 1, and introducing an obtained mixture into a ball milling machine for milling until the surface area ranges from 450 to 550cm<2>/kg; step 2, uniformly mixing a product obtained in the step 1, ultrafine beads (600cm<2>/kg or above), silica fume (600cm<2>/kg or above) and desulfurized gypsum in a mixer for 3 min according to the proportion of 7: 3: 0.5: 1. According to the invention, compared with the prior art; the non-autoclaved active powder high-performance concrete admixture is faster and higher in strength improvement, better in durability and more uniform and stable in mixing; the concrete admixture is applied to concrete mix proportions of existing representative high-strength prestressed concrete components (bridges, beams, plates, pipe piles, pipe galleries) and the like, the comprehensive performance of concrete can be greatly improved, and meanwhile the high steam curing cost of the concrete in the later period is reduced.
本发明属于高性能混凝土技术领域,尤其为一种免蒸压活性粉末高性能混凝土掺合料的研制,包括以下步骤:步骤一、将高钙矿渣和高铝粉煤灰按1:1计量后喂入球磨机粉磨至表面积450‑550cm2/kg之间,步骤二、将步骤一成品与超细微珠(600cm2/kg以上)、硅灰(600cm2/kg以上)、脱硫石膏按7:3:0.5:1的比例均匀投入混料机混合3分钟;本发明,与现有技术相比,免蒸压活性粉末高性能混凝土掺和料强度提升更快更高、耐久性更好、混合更均匀稳定,运用于现有比较代表性的高强预应力混凝土构件(桥、梁、板、管桩、管廊)等混凝土配合比中,能大幅度提高混凝土综合性能的同时,降低混凝土后期高额的蒸汽养护费用。
