The invention discloses a non-autoclaved admixture and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the technical field of non-autoclaved admixture production. The technical problem to be solved by the invention is that the strength of a precast concrete component is not high. The non-autoclaved admixture is mainly prepared from 100-500 parts by weight of slag powder, 10-100 parts by weight of silica fume and 10-200 parts by weight of fly ash. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, respectively grinding the weighed slag powder, silica fume and fly ash in a ball mill, conducting mixing, performing grinding in a superfine ball mill, and carrying out sorting to obtain the non-autoclaved admixture. The non-autoclaved admixture of the invention is applied to precast concrete components, and can significantly improve the concrete strength, and the high activity index can avoid the link of steam curing of the concrete components in a pressure vessel; the working performance and durability of the concrete are obviously improved; hydration heat is low; and the environment is protected.
