The manufacturing process of the ceramic product comprises the following steps: S1, selecting pearls, grinding the pearls into powder to form pearl powder, and sieving the pearl powder forlater use; S2, selecting activated carbon, grinding the activated carbon into powder to form powdered activated carbon, and sieving the powdered activated carbon for later use; S3, selecting a biological agent composed of photosynthetic bacteria and saccharomycetes as a leavening agent for later use; s4, adding pearl powder, powdered activated carbon and a biological agent into porcelain clay, uniformly kneading to obtain mixed porcelain clay, molding the mixed porcelain clay into a ceramic green body, and fermenting the biological agent in the ceramic green body to form a porous green body;and S5, placing the porous green body in a kiln for firing molding to prepare a ceramic product with a porous structure. The ceramic alcoholized wine provided by the invention is low in cost, has theeffects of changing the size of water or alcohol clusters, catalysis, carriers, catalysts and the like, and has better alcoholized wine taste.
