The manufacturing process of the ceramic product comprises the following steps: S1, selecting pearls, grinding the pearls into powder to form pearl powder, and sieving the pearl powder forlater use; S2, selecting activated carbon, grinding the activated carbon into powder to form powdered activated carbon, and sieving the powdered activated carbon for later use; S3, selecting a biological agent composed of photosynthetic bacteria and saccharomycetes as a leavening agent for later use; s4, adding pearl powder, powdered activated carbon and a biological agent into porcelain clay, uniformly kneading to obtain mixed porcelain clay, molding the mixed porcelain clay into a ceramic green body, and fermenting the biological agent in the ceramic green body to form a porous green body;and S5, placing the porous green body in a kiln for firing molding to prepare a ceramic product with a porous structure. The ceramic alcoholized wine provided by the invention is low in cost, has theeffects of changing the size of water or alcohol clusters, catalysis, carriers, catalysts and the like, and has better alcoholized wine taste.
本发明适用于陶瓷制作技术领域，提供一种加速酒精醇化的陶瓷制品的制作工艺及酒精醇化方法。该陶瓷制品的制作工艺包括以下步骤：S1、选取珍珠研磨成粉末状,形成珍珠粉，珍珠粉过筛后待用；S2、选取活性炭研磨成粉末状，形成粉末活性炭，粉末活性炭过筛后待用；S3、选取由光合菌与酵母菌组成的生物菌剂作为发酵剂待用；S4、将珍珠粉、粉末活性炭及生物菌剂加入瓷土中均匀搓揉制得混合瓷土，将混合瓷土塑造成陶瓷坯体，生物菌剂在陶瓷坯体中发酵形成多孔坯体；S5、将多孔坯体置于窑炉中烧制成型，制成多孔结构的陶瓷制品。本发明的陶瓷制品醇化酒的成本低，具备改变水或酒精团簇大小、催化、载体、触媒等作用，其醇化的酒口感更佳。
