According to the application, the silver niobate-based antiferroelectric ceramic capacitor is prepared by performing surface polishing on a silver niobate-based antiferroelectric ceramic material, printing silver paste and sintering silver under the temperature condition of 500-700 DEG C. The preparation method is simple, oxygen does not need to be introduced in the sintering process, and the effective energy storage density of the prepared product is high.
