Cold recycled asphalt and production method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of cold recycled asphalt, in particular to cold recycled asphalt and a production method thereof, which are used for solving the problem that the quality of a paved pavement is not good enough due to poor bonding performance of the cold recycled asphalt in the prior art. The cold recycled asphalt comprises the following components in parts by weight: 80-87 parts of an asphalt reclaimed material, 5-7 parts of a regenerant, 3-5 parts of cement, 1-3 parts of zinc hydroxide and 3-5 parts of water. The production method of the cold recycled asphalt comprises the following steps: washing the asphalt reclaimed material with water, grinding the asphalt reclaimed material, removing impurities, screening the ground asphalt reclaimed material, adding the asphalt reclaimed material into production equipment according to the proportion, adding the regenerant, the cement, the zinc hydroxide and the water into the production equipment according to the proportion, and stirring for 5-9 minutes to obtain the cold recycled asphalt. According to the invention, the regenerant, cement and zinc hydroxide are added into the recycled asphalt material, so that the prepared cold recycled asphalt has better bonding performance, and the quality of a paved pavement is better.
本发明涉及冷再生沥青的技术领域,具体是一种冷再生沥青及其生产方法,用于解决现有技术中冷再生沥青粘接性能不够好,从而使铺设后的路面质量不够好的问题。本发明按照重量份数计包括以下组分:沥青回收料:80‑87份;再生剂:5‑7份;水泥:3‑5份;氢氧化锌:1‑3份水:3‑5份;冷再生沥青的生产方法,包括如下步骤:将沥青回收料进行水洗、碾碎并除去杂质、筛分后,按照上述比例将沥青回收料加入生产设备中,再按照比例向生产设备中加入再生剂、水泥、氢氧化锌和水,搅拌5‑9分钟,制得冷再生沥青。本发明中通过在沥青回收料中加入再生剂、水泥、氢氧化锌,可以使制成的冷再生沥青粘接性能更好,从而使铺设后的路面质量更好。
