Cold recycled asphalt for bridge deck and production method thereof
The invention relates to the technical field of cold recycled asphalt, in particular to cold recycled asphalt for a bridge deck and a production method thereof, and aims to solve the problem that thequality of the cold recycled asphalt in the prior art is not good enough. The cold recycled asphalt is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 4.5 parts of modified emulsified asphalt; 86 parts of aggregate; 1.5 parts of cement; 3.5 parts of mineral powder; 4.5 parts of water. The production method of the cold recycled asphalt comprises the following steps: 1, preparing modifiedemulsified asphalt; 2, adding the modified emulsified asphalt, the aggregate, the cement and the mineral powder into a stirring device according to the proportion; and 3, adding the water into the stirring device in the step 2 according to the proportion, and uniformly stirring the components to obtain the cold recycled asphalt. The modified emulsified asphalt is added into the components of thecold recycled asphalt, and the quality of the cold recycled asphalt can be greatly improved by adding the modified emulsified asphalt, so that the cracking phenomenon of a bridge deck can be reduced,and the service life of the bridge deck is prolonged.
