The invention relates to the technical field of bridges and discloses a beam falling prevention device capable of preventing transverse deviation. The device comprises a main beam, a bridge pier usedfor supporting the main beam and rotary energy dissipation devices arranged between the main beam and the bridge pier; an arc-shaped protrusion is arranged at the bottom of the main beam; an annular groove is formed in the upper end of the bridge pier; the protrusion is in sliding fit with the annular groove; the multiple sets of rotary energy dissipation devices are sequentially connected from head to tail along the outer side of an annular guide rail; and the sliding blocks of each set of rotary energy dissipation devices are in sliding fit with the annular guide rail. The beam falling prevention device is used for being installed between the bridge pier and a bridge; energy consumption is limited for the arc-shaped displacement of the main beam, so that overlarge displacement in the bridge in a transverse direction is prevented; and the effects of shock absorption, energy consumption and beam falling prevention of the bridge under the action of earthquakes are achieved.
