The tension-bearing elastic unit comprises a second inner sleeve and a pressure-bearing spring placed in the second inner sleeve, the piston sliding rod penetrates through the second inner sleeve, the free end of the piston sliding rod is fixedly connected with the end of the tension-bearing spring, the piston sliding rod is sleeved with the pressure-bearing spring, and one end of the pressure-bearing spring is fixed to the inner wall, close to one side of the first inner sleeve, of the second inner sleeve; one end of the pressure-bearing spring close to the cover beam abuts against the inner wall of the second inner sleeve; the pier beam limiting device can flexibly restrain displacement of the pier beam and effectively prevent beam falling.
