The invention discloses a steel pipe pile connecting and fixing device. The device comprises rows of steel pipe piles implanted along the edge of a foundation pit at equal intervals, longitudinal scaffold pipes which are horizontally connected are arranged on the two sides of the top of each steel pipe pile respectively, the adjacent longitudinal scaffold pipes are connected through fasteners, anda plurality of transverse scaffold pipes are connected between the longitudinal scaffold pipes on the two sides so as to clamp the steel pipe piles, and the longitudinal scaffold tubes are connectedwith the transverse scaffold tubes through fasteners. According to the steel pipe pile connecting and fixing device and the construction method thereof, the structure is simple, the stability is good,the mounting and dismounting speed is high, the scaffold pipes used for connecting the steel pipe piles can be recycled, and the material cost is saved.
