The river channel sludge discharge method comprises the steps of cleaning floaters and algae in a river channel, measuring and calculating the width of the river channel needing dredging, making a river channel baffle wall which is transversely arranged in the river channel to intercept flow, ensuring the depth of river water in theupstream portion of the river channel baffle wall, arranging a sludge and water stirring device in the portion, in the upstream portion of the baffle wall, of the river channel to uniformly mix sludgeand river water together well, pumping the resulting sludge-water mixture through a sludge pump and sending the sludge-water mixture to a sludge and water separation device for sludge and water separation, conveying the separated sludge to a dump truck, re-discharging the separated clear water into the river channel, gradually moving the river channel baffle wall downwards, and carrying out circulating discharge and separation through the cooperation of the river channel baffle wall with the sludge pump and the sludge and water stirring device when the river channel baffle wall moves. According to the river sludge discharge method, the sludge is mixed after the water flow is accumulated in a certain depth through a single water blocking wall, few granular objects exist, the sludge and thewater are uniformly mixed, discharging and separation are easy to achieve, the engineering amount is small, and method is convenient to operate.
本发明公开了一种河道污泥排泥施工方法,包括对河道内的漂浮物和藻类进行清理,测算所需清淤河道的宽度,制作河道挡板墙横设在河道内截流,保障所述河道挡板墙上游的河水深度,在挡板墙上游的河道内设置泥水搅拌装置将污泥较好的与河水均匀混合在一起,通过污泥泵将混合后的泥水混合物抽送并排送到泥水分离装置进行泥水分离,将分离好的污泥运送到自卸车,将分离好的清水重新排送到河道内,将所述河道挡板墙逐渐向下移动,在移动过程中配合所述污泥泵和所述泥水搅拌装置进行循环排送并分离清理。本发明通过单堵阻水墙实现水流一定深度的积累后进行污泥混合,颗粒状物体较少,污泥与水混合均匀容易排送和分离,工程量小,施工方便。
