The invention relates to a system and method for air treatment in a buried culvert. The system comprises an air feeder and an exhaust fan, wherein the air feeder and the exhaust fan are arranged at the top positions of the buried culvert, and the air feeder and the exhaust fan are arranged in a spaced manner and communicate with the outside world separately. The system further comprises a silt turning trolley used for turning over the silt layer and two winches used for driving the silt turning trolley to move in the buried culvert, and the two winches are located on the two sides of the siltturning trolley separately. The system and method can reduce the content of poisonous gas in the silt layer before desilting work is carried out, thus reducing the risk of the desilting work.

The invention relates to a system and method for air treatment in a buried culvert.
