The container module is a cuboid container module, the edge connection joint comprises columnedge plates, an upper beam edge plate and a lower beam edge plate, column edge plate screw holes are formed in the column edge plates, beam edge plate screw holes are formed in the upper beam edge plate and the lower beam edge plate, column edge plates are fixedly arranged on two sides, close to container columns, of each side surface of the container module, the upper beam edge plate is arrangedon the top surface of the container module, the lower beam edge plate is arranged on the bottom surface of the container module, and a plurality of container modules are fixedly connected through adjacent column edge plates, upper beam edge plates and lower beam edge plates to form the container module building. Compared with the prior art, the container module has the advantages that enough container module connecting space is provided; the installation difficulty of the container module building is reduced; the number and the positions of bolts are adjusted according to different stress requirements, and the applicability is high; and the installation quality of the container module building is effectively improved.
