The column foot plate is welded on the bottom surface of the column. The pre-embedded plate is pre-embedded in the top surface of the foundation. The pre-embedded plate is arranged under the column foot plate. The sliding plate is arranged between the pre-embedded plate and the column foot plate. Both sides of the pre-embedded plate are each provided with the multiple reverse buckle plates. Each reverse buckle plate is welded on the pre-embedded plate uprightly. The bottom of the side, facing the column foot plate, of each reverse buckle plate is provided with a clamping slot. Bothsides of the column foot plate are provided with the pressure plates. The pressure plates are clamped in the clamping slots of the reverse buckle plates on the same side. The invention also providesa construction method of the column foot reverse buckle sliding device. The sliding plate is conducive to realizing free sliding of a column foot in a target direction, and the reverse buckle plates are provided to prevent the column foot from degree-of-freedom deforming in a non-target direction. The sliding of the column foot can be better realized, internal force can be effectively released andstructure stress safety is ensured.
