The invention provides a shockproof electromagnetic lock device which comprises a lock cover assembly. An electromagnet assembly, a lock hook and a hook assembly are arranged in the lock cover assembly. A stopping assembly and an emergency rod are further arranged in the lock cover assembly. The hook assembly can rotate around a shaft fixed to the lock cover assembly and can be connected to or separated from the lock hook, the stopping assembly can move linearly and one end of the stopping assembly is connected to the hook assembly when the lock is locked, so that the lock can be stopped. Thestopping assembly is separated from the hook assembly when the lock is unlocked, the other end of the stopping assembly can be connected to or separated from the electromagnet assembly, and the emergency rod is arranged in the electromagnet assembly in a penetrating manner and used for unlocking the lock manually when the electromagnet assembly does not work.
