The invention relates to a pipeline hole shockproof device. The pipeline hole shockproof device comprises a support, a pipeline and an elastic buffer, wherein the support is arranged in the length direction of the inner wall of a pipeline hole and is in a circular ring shape; the pipeline is arranged in the length direction of the interior of the support and is used for containing a pipeline; and a circular-ring-shaped cavity is formed between the support and the pipeline, and the elastic buffer used for absorbing shock is arranged in the circular-ring-shaped cavity. According to the pipeline hole shockproof device, in order to prevent stress concentration of the pipeline hole, on one hand, prestress is applied to the pipeline, and strain is reduced; and on the other hand, stress concentration caused by shock is structurally reduced through a spring column. The stress concentration phenomenon is relieved by adopting self-stress Portland cement concrete, and the concrete cracking condition caused by stress concentration is effectively reduced.
