The invention provides a preparation method of a fabricated building light energy storage thermal insulation wallboard. The preparation method comprises the following operation steps: (1) uniformly mixing coal gangue, fly ash slag, building muck, lime, cement, rice husks and water, and then adding the mixture into a first stock bin of a dragging plate machine; (2) uniformly mixing phase-change energy-storage temperature-regulating slurry powder with water, and adding the mixture into a second stock bin of the dragging plate machine; and (3) starting the dragging plate machine, primarily pressing the materials in the first stock bin to obtain a light partition board with holes, primarily pressing the materials in the second stock bin to obtain a heat preservation layer, and pressing the light partition board with holes and the hot-pressed heat preservation layer again to obtain the fabricated building light energy storage thermal insulation wallboard. The fabricated building light energy storage thermal insulation wallboard prepared by the invention not only has outstanding fireproof and thermal insulation properties, but also has the characteristics of light volume weight, high strength, tensile strength, compression resistance, high breaking strength and the like.
本发明提供了一种装配式建筑轻质蓄能保温墙板的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:(1)将煤矸石、粉煤灰炉渣、建筑渣土、白灰、水泥、稻壳、水混合均匀后加入拖板机一号料仓中;(2)将相变蓄能调温浆料粉剂和水混合均匀后加入至拖板机二号料仓中;(3)开动拖板机,通过一号料仓中的物料初步压制后得到带孔轻体隔墙板,通过二号料仓中的物料初步压制后得到保温层,将带孔轻体隔墙板和热压保温层再次压制后,得到装配式建筑轻质蓄能保温墙板。本发明制得的装配式建筑轻质蓄能保温墙板,不仅防火、保温(隔热)性能卓越突出,同时还具有容重轻,强度高,抗拉,抗压,抗折强度大等特点。
