The fan base balancing weight is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 20-40 parts of cement, 30-50 parts of sand, 20-40 parts of calcium carbonate powder, 2-10 parts of silica fume, 0.5-0.9 part of a polycarboxylic acid superplasticizer, 0.02-0.05 part of polyvinyl alcohol powder, 0.5-2 parts of a binder, 0.02-0.05 part of cellulose ether, 1.5-3.5 parts of a long reinforcement assisting material, 0.2-0.5 part of a short reinforcement assisting material, 0.1-0.3 part of an antifoaming agent and 10-15 parts of water. The green and environment-friendly balancing weight with high falling resistance and crack resistance is obtained by proportioning all the components, polyvinyl alcohol powder is added to increase the adhesive force of cement mortar, the surface drying time of the balancing weight is shortened, and the surface of the balancing weight is prevented from cracking.
