The invention provides a concrete formula. The concrete formula is characterized by comprising the following raw material components in parts by weight: 100 parts of coarse aggregate, 15 parts of fineaggregate, 30 parts of cementing material and 20 parts of water, wherein the cementing material is prepared from the following raw material components in parts by weight: 3 to 8 parts of fly ash, 6 to 12 parts of nano clay and 11 to 17 parts of cement. The concrete prepared by adopting the concrete formula is good in flowability, compactness and filling property; meanwhile, the concrete is high in thixotropic property, low in slump and good in shape stability, the concrete obtained according to the formula is applied to slip form construction, the construction cost can be reduced, and the construction quality and the production efficiency of slip form construction are improved.
本发明提供了一种混凝土配方,其特征在于:所述配方包括的原料组分及重量份数为:粗集料100份、细集料15份、胶凝材料30份、水20份;其中胶凝材料包括的原料组分及重量份数为:粉煤灰3‑8份、纳米粘土6‑12份、水泥11‑17份。采用本发明的混凝土配方配制的混凝土流动性、密实性和填充性好,同时混凝土的触变性能高,坍落度低,混凝土的形状稳定性好,将按本发明的配方得到的混凝土运用到滑模施工中,能降低施工成本,同时提高滑模施工的施工质量和生产效率。
