Ceramic fiber deslagging preparation method
The invention discloses a ceramic fiber deslagging preparation method. The method comprises the following steps: 1) cutting ceramic fiber cotton into 600*300mm fiber blocks by using a band sawing machine, (2) injecting the 600*300mm fiber blocks into 1 ton of water through a horizontal pulping machine, pulping for 20 minutes, and then pumping into a pulp mixing tank I, 3) preparing slurry with theconcentration of 0.2% in the slurry preparation tank I, injecting the slurry into a spiral fiber slag remover according to the flow of 12m<3>/h, and enabling the separated slurry to flow into a slurry tank II, 4) injecting the slurry into a suspended fiber slag remover according to the flow of 10m<3>/h in a slurry tank of the slurry tank II, and enabling the slag-removed slurry to flow into a slurry tank III, 5) pumping the slurry in a slurry pool III into a high-level box at a flow rate of 10m<3>/h, and 6) dehydrating the slurry in the high-level box in a forming machine through natural pressure, and drying the dehydrated slurry in a drying oven to form the ceramic fiber cotton with a good heat insulation effect, low slag balls and strong ageing resistance.
本发明公开了一种陶瓷纤维除渣制备方法,包括如下步骤:1)、将陶瓷纤维棉用带锯机裁切成600×300mm的纤维块;2)、通过卧式打浆机将600×300mm的纤维块注入1吨的水,并进行打浆,打浆时间为20分钟,然后泵入1号配浆池;3)、在1号配浆池内配成具有0.2%浓度的浆料,浆料并按12m/小时的流量注入螺旋式纤维除渣机内,分离后的浆料流入2号浆池;4)、在2号浆池的浆池按10m/小时的流量注入悬浮式纤维除渣机内,除渣后的浆料流入3号浆池;5)、在3号浆池的浆料按10m/小时的流量泵入高位箱;6)、在高位箱的浆料通过自然压力进入成型机进行脱水,经过烘箱进行烘干形成一种具有良好隔热效果、渣球低、抗老化性能强的陶瓷纤维棉。
