The invention discloses a control method of a plant-mixed cold regeneration system. The method comprises the following steps: carrying out first mineral aggregate gradation according to a theoreticaldesign proportion, and measuring second mineral aggregate gradation in an actual production process; comparing the first mineral aggregate gradation with the second mineral aggregate gradation, and determining gradation accuracy; and adjusting a crushing unit, a screening unit and a weighing unit in the production system according to gradation accuracy. According to the control method, the production system can be rapidly regulated and controlled according to the gradation accuracy, control accuracy is improved, and uniformity and comprehensive performance of a plant-mixed cold-recycled emulsified asphalt mixture are increased.
