According to the method, various mixtures can be uniformly stirred, gray materials are prevented from easily occurring in the using process, the various mixtures are added into the stirring box and stirred, the stirrer rotates and stirs for 3-4 S in the same direction at the speed of 100-120 r/min, water with the optimal content being 1/6-1/3 is added in the stirring process to wet the mixtures, and the mixture is uniformly stirred. Various mixed materials are fully stirred and fused, and the pavement strength can be improved by using the stabilizer including cement and asphalt.
本发明公开了一种厂拌高性能沥青面层冷再生工艺，其特征在于，包括如下加工步骤，步骤一：对路面进行调查，查看原路面的书面资料，原路面的表面状况，原路面的基础状况；步骤二：对原路面进行修整，原路面进行挖除处理，将其原本的碎石进行清理。本发明方法可以使得多种混合料搅拌均匀，避免在使用过程中，容易出现花白料，将多种混合料加入搅拌箱内部，对其进行搅拌，搅拌器以100‑120转/分钟的速度沿一个方向旋转搅拌3‑4S，在搅拌过程中，加入最佳含量1/6‑1/3的水使其湿润，得到搅拌好的沥青混合料，多种混合材料充分搅拌，将其融合，且通过稳定剂包括水泥、沥青，使用稳定剂可以提高路面强度。
